Privacy policy
This page is a plain-language summary of what information Syllabri collects when you use the site, and why. We only handle what we need to reply to you and keep the service running.
1. What we collect
When you send the contact form we process your name, your company (optional), your email, and your message. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store only your email. We also log minimal technical data —such as your IP address— to limit abuse and spam.
2. How we use it
The information is used only to answer your enquiry, send you the newsletter if you requested it, and protect the site from malicious use. We do not build profiles or use your data for advertising.
3. Retention and your rights
We never sell or share your data; only the providers strictly required to deliver email are involved. We keep the information for as long as needed to handle your request. You can ask to access, correct, or delete it by writing to contact@syllabri.com.
